Guarantee
All placements have a 90 days satisfaction guaranty attached. If for any reason you decide that was not a great match - it happens - we are here to help you with a replacement. You will be welcome to go through the process and interview new talents until you find the one that is truly a match.

A good partnership starts with transparency
The placement of one of our talents is a one-time flat fee of $700.
Once the talent is placed, they will go out of the door as your new employee. We recommend you establish an independent contractor agreement.
You will pay them directly - no weird fees through us, no small letters - according to the offer that you both agree upon.
PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, and similar services work well with our clients and talents - and you can discuss with your new hire what works best for both of you.
